How do I enter the prize draw?
You are eligible to enter the prize draw if:
- You are aged 18 or over and a UK resident
- You purchase a new Renters, Standard or Elite Home insurance policy or any Premier (Car, Pet or Home) Insurance policy between 2nd September 2025 to 25th November 2025.
- You have paid either your initial monthly instalment(s) or full annual insurance premium(s) -Your cover starts within 90 days of purchase -You do not cancel your policy within 31 days of purchase
You will be automatically entered in to the Prize Draw once you have held your policy for 31 days and you become eligible for the prize draw. You will receive a 'What Happens Next' email within 14 days of your policy start date, which will contain details on when the Prize Draws will take place. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your policy.
What if I don't have an email address - do I still get entered in to the Prize Draw?
You will be sent communications offline and will still be entered in to the prize draw.
When will the Prize Draw take place?
- There are two prize draws and which one you are entered into will depend on your policy start date.
- • The first prize draw will take place on 5th January 2026 for any eligible customers who have purchased a policy or policies within the offer period with a start date between 2nd September 2025 and 25th November 2025.
- • The second prize draw will take place on 2nd April 2026 for any eligible customers who have purchased a policy or policies within the offer period with a start date between 26th November 2025 and 23rd February 2026.
When will I receive my prize?
If you're selected as a winner Simply Thank You will send a cheque for the cost of your annual premium within 30 days of the draw taking place. This will be sent to address that we hold for you.
How do I opt out of the Prize Draw?
If you do not want to be entered into the prize draw, please click here to unsubscribe. If you want to opt out, you must do this within 30 days of purchasing your policy or policies. You may still be selected as a winner if you opt-out, in this instance you have no obligation to accept the prize if offered.
If you do not want to be entered in to the Prize Draw you need to opt out.
I haven't received any communication about the prize draw?
Please check your 'junk' folder. Your 'What Happens Next' email will be sent within 14 days of the policy start date to the email address you provided when you purchased your policy. The 'Winners' email contains details on when you will receive your prize.
